Who We Are
SquashLevels is is the global rating system endorsed by the WSF, and is the premier global platform for measuring squash performance, used by players and clubs to track progress and rankings. We are looking for young, motivated players—particularly PSA players with flexible time—who want to help us expand SquashLevels’ presence in squash clubs around the world.
Your Role
As a Sales & Engagement Executive, you will play a crucial part in our sales drive, helping to onboard squash clubs and ensure they are fully utilising the SquashLevels system. This role is flexible, allowing you to work around your playing and training schedule, and will involve reaching out to clubs, setting up box leads, and promoting our platform’s benefits to increase engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Club Outreach: Connect with squash clubs globally, particularly in areas where we have an established presence, to promote SquashLevels.
- Cultivate Relationships: Help develop strong relationships with club managers to maximise engagement and ensure clubs are using SquashLevels effectively.
- Box Leads Setup: Introduce SquashLevels boxes to clubs or connect existing box leagues into the system to track club players’ performance.
- Promotional Activities: Encourage clubs to engage in awareness campaigns around the club in order to raise SquashLevels’ profile.
- Activation Campaigns: Encourage clubs to set up and run activation campaigns that drive player registrations on SquashLevels.
About You
The ideal candidate is a squash player, familiar with the sport and its community, and motivated to work flexibly while helping to grow SquashLevels globally. You are resourceful, enjoy speaking with people, and have a good understanding of how squash clubs operate. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and across different time zones.
Key Traits and Skills
- Passion for Squash: You either play the sport or have a strong interest in it, giving you insight into the squash world.
- Strong Communicator: You’re confident on the phone, over email, and comfortable reaching out to club managers and administrators.
- Organised & Proactive: You can manage outreach to multiple clubs, keep track of engagement, and follow up on leads.
- Flexible & Self-Motivated: You can work independently, manage your time effectively, and handle flexible working hours.
- Multilingual (a bonus): Experience or comfort working in different languages is a plus, as we engage with clubs worldwide.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with email tools and spreadsheets. Previous CRM experience is a plus but not required.
Payment Structure
This is a performance based role and pay will depend on activations you are able to drive within clubs.
- Base Pay: In line with national standards (specific to your location)
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for tasks such as setting up box leads, onboarding clubs, and running promotional campaigns.
